14-Day Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation.

To exercise this right, contact us at waytogain.fitness@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. worn or used products) cannot be returned unless faulty.
